WEDGE CENTRAL SOUTH RESEARCH INSTITUTE

Established in June 2014 in Shenzhen Free Trade Zone with an area of 3639 squ are meters and an investment of 415 million yuan.

A national engineering center, and provincial new research and development institution undertaking more than 20 major scientific research projects.

R&D capabilities: R&D of superalloy materials, research on high-purity melting process and powder metallurgy materials, properties testing of superalloy, technical services and testing validation.

WEDGE SHENZHEN-SHANTOU INDUSTRIAL BASE

Located in Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone, with a total area of 120,000 square meters. The planned total investment is 1 .96 billion yuan, and 700 million yuan has been invested. The production line is under operation since 2019.

Superalloy master alloy melting line, powder metallurgy turbine disk preparation line, SC/DS/EQ casting production line.

Product structure: Superalloy master alloy, powder turbine discs ,SC/DS/EQ castings.

WEGDE SHANGHAI INDUSTRIAL BASE

Located in Fengxian Development Zone, Shanghai, covers an area of 96 acres, with a total area of 116, 400 square meters has invested 800 million yuan, put into production in August 2018.

SC/DS/EQ casting of superalloys, titanium aluminum alloy product development and production, large complex cavity thin-wall component development.

Product structure: International and domestic civil aviation engines, gas turbine turbine blades; Hot-end component integral blade discs, medical titanium alloy joints, complex thin-wall components, automotive turbochargers.

WEDGE CHANGSHA INVESTMENT CASTING CENTER

Located in Yuelu District, Changsha, starting operation since 2016, with an area of 1385 square meters and an investment of about 125 million yuan.

Process development and small batch production of SC and DS blades.

Product structure: SC and DS blades of superalloys for aeroengine and industrial gas turbines.
